Ariella teaches dynamic Vinyasa flow integrating Pranayama (breath work), creative Asanas (poses) sequencing, meditation, and deep Savasana, all put to inspiring playlists. Ariella is known for her ability to make challenging asanas accessible and fun and enjoys playing with inversions, heart openers, and arm balances.

Ariella also teaches Yin, Restorative, and Myofascial release which provides a deep, slow, and relaxing practice designed to open the body and calm the mind.
