Guiding you in Hatha based Vinyasa, Power, and Restorative Yoga

"Yoga with Ariella is a deeply profound and supportive experience. Her soothing voice and nurturing energy create a safe space for everyone to practice at their own level without judgment; yet, her strength and wisdom gently push you to go beyond where you thought possible, allowing you to take your yoga practice to new dimensions!"
Bronwyn Daigle from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
Karuna means compassion in Sanskrit. Yoga is a practice of having compassion for yourself and others. It is a journey in letting go of control and becoming gentle and aware of your body’s own intuition.

With it’s roots in Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga is one of the most commonly practiced styles in the West. Sometimes referred to as "flow" yoga, the classes usually focus on breath-synchronized movement. In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.

Power yoga is a term used in the West to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa yoga that is usually done in a heated room.

Ariella's classes are upbeat and creative. She brings a dynamic flow to the practice that will keep you inspired and mixes everything with incredible music.

Ariella has had the honor of studying and practicing with many incredible teachers such as Kino MacGregor, Valerie D'ambrosio, Richard Freeman, Seane Corn, Kathryn Budig, Amy Ippoliti, Tommy Rosen and Kia Miller, Honza and Claudine LaFond, Don and Amba Stapleton, Stephen Uvalle and many other wonderful sources of wisdom.

Ariella speaks English, Swedish, and Spanish.
